Refunds/Exchanges
Because we offer such low prices on our products, we are unable to accept refunds. However, we will try to accommodate exchange requests within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. This period may be extended for the holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on items that have been altered, engraved, misused, or custom designed (ex: nameplates). We also cannot refund or exchange earrings. SOME custom orders may be exchanged within the 7 day period, however this will be decided at our discretion on a case by case basis.
Jewelry Warranty
Please note that jewelry is a delicate product and should be handled with care. We work closely with our jewelers to keep repair costs low. We generally do not offer full warranties on our products, however we will work with you on items that require attention. In most instances, we will split the cost of repairs with you. We do not warranty misused or abused items. Herringbone, fine Box and Singapore chains are also not warrantied due to their delicate nature.
Custom Orders
We know that it can be hard to find exactly what you are looking for, just as it is difficult for us to keep every product available. That's why we take custom orders! Please let us know what you are looking for by filling out this price request form or come on by. Give us 4 business days to get back to you with an estimate. We do require a non-refundable half payment as a deposit to order the piece - made in store or over the phone with a major credit card. In most cases, we can have it ready for in-store pick up in just 4 business days. Cut-off dates may be imposed for holidays.
